Many people in Africa live with undiagnosed diabetes. Our program, in partnership with MADESO CHARITY and medical volunteers, tackles this crisis head-on.
Our free program focuses on:
Early Detection: Identifying individuals at high risk for type 2 diabetes.
Proven Prevention: Coaching participants through effective lifestyle changes, including a 6-9% weight loss and increased physical activity.
